Job summary

Freudenberg is seeking a manufacturing leader to oversee daily operations within a business unit in New Hampshire. You will drive safety, quality, delivery, productivity and cost objectives while coaching Group Leaders and frontline staff to build leadership capability.

You will partner with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and HR to resolve issues, promote continuous improvement, and sustain high-performance operations in a dynamic, equal-opportunity environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent manufacturing leadership experience considered.
• Seven+ years of manufacturing experience with leadership responsibility in a production environment.
• Experience leading supervisors and frontline teams.
• Proven success in safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of daily manufacturing operations within a business unit to meet safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost goals.
• Develop, coach, and mentor group leaders and production employees to build leadership capability.
• Drive operational performance by managing key metrics: safety, labor productivity, OEE, scrap, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Lead Lean manufacturing initiatives, problem-solving, and process improvements to foster continuous improvement.
• Manage employee relations including performance management, attendance, payroll approvals, and vacation scheduling.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and HR to resolve issues and improve performance.
