Job summary

Crane Currency is seeking an Operations Manager in Nashua, NH to lead multi-process manufacturing operations including Embedded, Micro-Optics, Coating, and more. You will drive safety, quality, and on-time delivery, develop supervisory talent, optimize flow, and lead CI initiatives to sustain a high-performing plant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10 years manufacturing experience or 5 years in a supervisor/manager role.
• Experience in lean manufacturing and 5S methods.
• Strong written communication for technical reports and procedures.
• Project and resource management skills.
• Proven leadership in a lean manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe working environment and promote a safety-first culture.
• Meet customer quality, delivery, and inventory requirements.
• Understand manufacturing processes to ensure product consistency and quality.
• Manage flow through the plant to reduce lead times and improve customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate labor and schedule attainment with the Master Production Schedule.
• Monitor performance metrics and take corrective actions as needed.
• Lead safety walks, meetings, and training for CI.
