Job summary

Alamo Group in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, seeks an experienced Operations Manager to drive daily operations and execute the branch’s financial plan. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, optimize resources, and ensure safety, quality, and performance across the plant.

The role requires strong leadership, Lean manufacturing knowledge, and the ability to manage budgets, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives to grow the business and satisfy customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred for advanced leadership.
• 7–10 years in operational leadership roles.
• Experience with heavy road equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations management to execute daily activities and achieve the branch's plan.
• Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and cost control for the facility.
• Manage plant safety, quality, and operational performance.
• Coach and develop a multidisciplinary team and recruit talent as needed.
