Alamo Group Snow & Ice is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for the Fond du Lac, Wisconsin location. You will lead daily operations, drive financial performance, optimize resources, and grow the operation with emphasis on safety, quality, and efficiency.

You’ll collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Master Planning, HR, Logistics, and Finance, manage budgets, KPIs, and capital investments, and mentor a diverse team to achieve strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Operations Management, or related field.
• 7–10 years of operational leadership experience.
• Experience with heavy road equipment or related manufacturing is a plus.
• Proven track record of leading teams and improving operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and financial performance of Fond du Lac location.
• Manage shipping, receiving, inventory, and production scheduling.
• Develop and manage monthly revenue forecasts.
• Oversee safety, quality, and overall site performance.
• Coach and develop a multidisciplinary team; recruit and retain talent.
