Alamo Group is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the Fond du Lac, Wisconsin operation. You will drive daily operations, optimize resources, and deliver growth while prioritizing safety, quality, and efficiency.

Responsibilities include managing schedules, budgets, KPIs, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Engineering, HR, Logistics, and Finance. The role requires 7–10 years of leadership experience and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Operations Management, or related field.
• 7–10 years of operational leadership experience.
• Experience with heavy road equipment or related manufacturing is a plus.
• Proven track record of leading teams and delivering measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and financial performance for the Fond du Lac location.
• Drive safety, quality, and operational performance across functions.
• Develop and manage KPIs and monthly revenue forecasts.
• Oversee budgeting, cost control, and capital investments.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a multidisciplinary team.
• Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
