You will drive efficient execution, optimize resources, and develop a multidisciplinary team with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and operational performance.

You will collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Master Planning, HR, Logistics, and Finance to achieve strategic goals, manage budgets, and oversee facility operations to support growth and upfitting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Operations Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations management across shipping, receiving, inventory, and scheduling.
• Develop and manage monthly revenue forecasts and KPIs.
• Partner with Sales, Engineering, Master Planning, HR, Logistics, and Finance.
• Ensure projects are on-time, on-budget, and meet Snow & Ice standards.
• Drive continuous improvement to safety, quality, and efficiency.
