Job summary

Alamo Group is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for the Fond du Lac, Wisconsin location to lead day-to-day operations and oversee financial performance. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and operational excellence across shipping, receiving, inventory, and production planning.

You will partner with Sales, Engineering, Master Planning, HR, Logistics, and Finance to drive efficiency, manage KPIs, and develop revenue forecasts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of operational leadership experience.
• Experience with heavy road equipment or related manufacturing is a plus.
• Proven track record leading teams and delivering measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and drive financial performance for the Fond du Lac operation.
• Develop and manage KPIs, forecasts, and budgets.
• Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Master Planning, HR, Logistics, Finance, and other resources.
• Oversee safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Recruit, coach, and retain a multidisciplinary team.
