Responsibilities include coaching staff, monitoring KPIs, ensuring compliance with laws and company policies, and guiding continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Daily Management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED.
• 5+ years in specialized profession or equivalent with prior senior lead/supervisor experience.
• Valid driver’s license to operate the company vehicle.
• Computer software training or knowledge.
• Demonstrated effective supervision and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee location performance across quality assurance, customer satisfaction, HR, inventory, safety and gross margin.
• Coach and inspire staff to achieve their best potential.
• Oversee KPIs related to growth, productivity and inventory control.
• Monitor and review plans and objectives for the department.
• Manage all departments within the allocated budget using Lean Daily Management.
• Ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and company policies.
