Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 5+ years in a leadership/supervisory role.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred for advanced responsibilities.
• Experience supervising multiple departments and creating budgets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse performance including quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Coach and develop staff to achieve top performance.
• Monitor KPIs for growth, productivity, and inventory control.
• Ensure adherence to laws, policies, and safety standards.
• Lead Lean Daily Management to improve efficiency and costs.
