Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in a specialized profession or equivalent.
• Manufacturing background is required for branch locations engaged in manufacturing activities.
• Prior supervision and leadership experience is required; managerial experience in a distribution center.

Responsibilities

• Establish and execute goals and objectives to meet long term growth plans of the company.
• Establish and track performance standards to meet goals of company.
• Train, develop, coach, and motivate team to achieve location's business objectives.
• Establishes accurate budget projections and works within designated budget.
• Maintain compliance with all laws, policies and procedures.
• Comply with safety standards and requirements to assure a safe workplace.
• Assume other duties as assigned.
