LKQ Corporation in Sanford, NC is seeking a qualified Location Performance Supervisor to oversee quality, safety, inventory, and cost controls across departments. You will lead, coach and evaluate staff, manage KPIs, and ensure compliance with laws and company policies.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and the ability to work with warehouse, distribution, and HR teams. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of supervisory experience, a valid driver's license, and proficiency

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years in a supervisory or lead role with proven leadership skills.

• Proficient in standard computer software and business tools.
• Experience supervising and coordinating multiple departments.

Supervisory ResponsibilitiesManage the work of others, including planning, assigning, scheduling and reviewing work, ensures quality standards. Responsible for hiring, terminating, training and developing, reviewing performance and administering corrective action for staff.Minimum Requirements Education & ExperienceHigh School Diploma/GED.5 years+ in specialized profession or equivalent; Proficient in specialty including prior senior lead / supervisor experience.Must possess a valid driver’s license in order to operate a Company vehicle.Computer software training or knowledge.Prior experience that demonstrates effective supervision and leadership skills.
