LKQ Corporation in Sanford, NC is seeking a qualified Location Performance Supervisor to oversee quality, safety, inventory, and cost controls across departments. You will lead, coach and evaluate staff, manage KPIs, and ensure compliance with laws and company policies.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and the ability to work with warehouse, distribution, and HR teams. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of supervisory experience, a valid driver's license, and proficiency

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
5+ years in a supervisory or lead role with proven leadership skills.
Valid driver’s license required.
Proficient in standard computer software and business tools.
Experience supervising and coordinating multiple departments.

Responsibilities

Oversee location performance including quality assurance, customer satisfaction, HR, inventory, safety, and gross margin.
Coach and inspire staff to deliver excellent service and quality products.
Manage KPIs related to growth, productivity, and inventory control.
Ensure compliance with laws, policies and safety standards.
Coordinate with warehouse, distribution and department leaders; manage budget.
