BIBIBOP is seeking an Operations Leader to collaborate with the General Manager, ensuring smooth daily restaurant operations and exceptional guest experiences. You will lead a team, optimize scheduling and inventory, and uphold safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates will have prior management experience in a fast-paced setting, strong communication skills, and a commitment to growth within the organization. This role offers competitive pay and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a restaurant or retail setting.
• 2+ years of management or leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in overseeing all restaurant operations.
• Lead and motivate team members to deliver Bibibop’s signature service and quality.
• Manage scheduling, inventory, and operational processes for smooth operations.
• Uphold company policies, procedures, and health/safety standards.
• Address guest feedback professionally and ensure positive resolutions.
• Assist in training and developing team members to reach their potential.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Ensure consistent food quality, preparation, and presentation.
