Job summary

Labatt Food Service in Texas is seeking the next generation of leaders to manage our rapidly growing distribution centers through a structured Manager In Training program. During the program you will gain hands-on experience across warehouse departments, learn from top leaders, and be assigned continuous improvement projects.

After completing training, candidates will be placed in full-time leadership roles at one of our facilities, with relocation considered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, Distribution, or Supply Chain.
• Previous proven leadership experience is a definite plus.
• Some travel will be required.
• Relocation after training ideal.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operations in a distribution center post-training.
• Participate in a multi-phased training program including hands-on departmental rotations, leadership development, and process improvements.
