Job summary

Toot’n Totum is seeking a Leader in Training to support store operations and preparation for Store Manager roles. You will assist with staffing, training, and supervising a team while ensuring top-level guest service and adherence to company values.

Weekend availability is required and the role involves travel as needed by the District Manager. The LIT position offers an internal promotional path to Store Manager and requires a broad knowledge of store types, including deli, car wash, and fuel

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with hiring, training, and supervising staff.
• Oversee daily store operations and guest services to ensure high standards.

• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of store interior and exterior.
• Support inventory control and cash handling procedures.
• Complete reports and communicate with District Manager on-site.
