• Designs, executes and modifies new and existing operations plans.
• Analyzes and visually represents data that can help a team make decisions.
• Knowledge management, systems management and process design: maintaining team-wide systems and documentation.
• Event planning and logistics.

Responsibilities

• Lead events logistics and operations for board meetings, alumni events, fundraising events, and summer teacher trainings.
• Manage event bookings, team preparation, guest registration and communications.
• Oversee operations at regional events and post-event reflections to improve practices.
• Maintain office functionality and triage inquiries; ensure efficient office operation.
• Coordinate team platforms (Slack, OneDrive, Microsoft, Google, Zoom) and support team culture.
• Support planning of team meetings, staff evaluations procedures and training compliance.
• Coordinate contracts with external partners, schools and vendors and manage purchasing.
• Monitor and manage budgets and non-payroll spending targets.
