The role oversees a team of 10–15 Finance Associates and Senior Finance Associates, ensuring compliant, high-quality service delivery and continuous improvement in processes.

The position reports to the Divisional Director of Finance and emphasizes coaching, collaboration with department administrators, and stewardship of university

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant work experience.
• Supervisory experience
• MBA or Master’s degree in relevant field preferred.
• CPA Desirable

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of finance associates and senior finance associates across the division.
• Responsible for hiring and onboarding, training and development, performance management, and inclusive work environment.
• Manage workload distribution to maintain high service levels.
