Integrity Home Care + Hospice by BAYADA in Springfield, MO seeks an Associate Director of Operations to lead our home health offices. You will collaborate with senior leaders to drive performance, coach teams, and ensure high-quality patient care while traveling to Lebanon as needed.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, strong communication, and a proactive, results-oriented mindset in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualificações

• Minimum management or leadership experience in healthcare operations.
• Home health experience is a plus; familiarity with HCHB and OASIS a bonus.
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to coach and hold teams accountable.
• Proven track record of managing performance metrics and operational goals.

Responsabilidades

• Provide operational leadership for Springfield and Lebanon offices.
• Partner with leadership to drive performance and business growth.
• Coach employees and promote accountability and teamwork.
• Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and support employee development, engagement, and retention.
• Address performance concerns and lead difficult conversations.
• Coordinate with clinical, intake, and admin teams for seamless operations.
• Ensure compliance with policies and healthcare regulations.
• Be hands-on and ready to step in to resolve issues.
