Integrity Home Care + Hospice by BAYADA is seeking an Associate Director of Operations to lead our Springfield and Lebanon offices. This hands-on role focuses on achieving operational performance, coaching teams, and ensuring high-quality home health services.

The position requires previous healthcare operations leadership, comfort with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) and OASIS processes, and a proactive, results-driven mindset. Travel between Springfield and Lebanon is expected.

Qualifications

• Previous management or leadership experience, preferably within healthcare operations.
• Experience in home health is a plus, familiarity with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) and OASIS documentation and processes.
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate, coach, and hold teams accountable.
• Experience managing performance metrics, KPIs, and operational goals.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to think critically, prioritize competing demands, and make sound decisions.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a strong sense of urgency.
• Willingness to be actively involved in day-to-day operations.
• Ability to travel between Springfield and Lebanon as needed.

Integrity Home Care + Hospice by BAYADA is seeking a motivated, results-driven Associate Director of Operations to support our Home Health offices in Springfield and Lebanon, Missouri.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys developing people, and knows how to turn goals into results.

The Associate Director will be based in our Springfield office, with travel to our Lebanon location, and will work closely with our leadership team to support daily operations, drive performance, and ensure the delivery of high-quality home health services.

We are looking for someone who leads by example, sets clear expectations, holds teams accountable, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves to get the job done.

What You'll Do

• Provide operational leadership and support for our Springfield and Lebanon Home Health offices.
• Partner with leadership to drive office performance, operational efficiency, and business growth.
• Establish clear expectations, coach employees, and promote a culture of accountability and teamwork.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including intake performance, operational productivity, and other established goals.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions to drive measurable results.
• Support employee development, engagement, and retention.
• Address performance concerns and navigate difficult conversations with professionalism and confidence.
• Collaborate with clinical, intake, and administrative teams to support seamless operations and exceptional client experiences.
• Help ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable healthcare regulations.
• Take a hands‑on approach to leadership, stepping in to support the team and resolve challenges as needed.

What We're Looking For

• Previous management or leadership experience, preferably within healthcare operations.
• Experience in home health is a plus, along with familiarity with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) and OASIS documentation and processes.
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate, coach, and hold teams accountable.

A clinical background is not required. We welcome experienced healthcare operations leaders who bring strong management skills, business acumen, and a passion for delivering exceptional care. Prior home health experience and knowledge of industry-specific systems are valuable advantages.

Compensation: Starting at $85,000 annually, plus performance-based incentives

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
