Adventist Health Portland in Portland, OR seeks a Director to oversee Home Health and Hospice operations, ensuring alignment with quality, service, and financial goals. You will lead patient care staff and managers, maintain compliance with Conditions of Participation, and drive strategic initiatives across locations.

The role focuses on quality outcomes, performance improvement, and effective budgeting, with responsibility for hiring, training and performance management of teams within Home

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing, business, healthcare or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Preferred
• Master's Degree: Preferred
• Ten years' technical experience: Preferred
• Five years' leadership experience: Preferred

Mansioni

• Oversees the overall management of the Home Health Agency program. Participates in the development of standardized clinical and business operations at the organizational level.
• Provides oversite of the quality assurance and process improvement program in coordination with the organizational structure and goals.
• Ensures timely and appropriate response to customer/family concerns, patient safety concerns and clinical processes.
• Facilitates communication to promote effective working relationships between all roles and positions internally and externally.
• Provides strategic direction and oversees accountability for quality, safety and patient satisfaction performance of the departments to achieve targets.
• Hires, trains, supervises and manages performance and discipline of all administrative and direct care employees and contract staff
