Propak in Midlothian, TX, seeks an Operations Manager to run a high-volume reverse logistics operation. You’ll direct a team of 20–50 supervisors and frontline associates, own disposition accuracy and throughput, and act as the primary on-site contact for customers we recover value for.

This hands-on leadership role offers growth and visibility from day one. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in business/operations, 3+ years in warehouse/ops, and strong problem-solving and Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 3+ years of operations, site, or warehouse management experience.
• Proven track record of leading and developing teams of 20+ employees.
• Direct experience with P&L or cost-center management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Hands-on problem solving to implement operational solutions.
• Ability to lift up to 50–100 lbs and a valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, coach, and develop a team of 20+ onsite supervisors and frontline employees to meet facility goals.
• Provide daily, hands-on leadership to foster a safety-first, high-performance culture.
• Serve as the primary on-site contact for Walmart DC leadership to ensure service and inventory flow.
• Oversee daily warehouse and pallet operations, including sorting, repair, and distribution.
• Manage facility layout and storage strategies to maximize space and improve inventory flow.
