Socket.dev is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a high-volume reverse logistics site in Dallas. You will manage receiving, sorting, dispositioning, and reintegration of returned products, while owning throughput and accuracy.

This hands-on leadership role directs 20–50 supervisors and frontline staff and serves as the main customer contact for value recovery. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 3+ years of operations, site, or warehouse management experience.
• Proven track record leading teams of 20+ employees in warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environments.
• Direct experience with P&L (Profit & Loss) or cost-center management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Run the day-to-day of a high-volume reverse logistics operation, including receiving, sorting, dispositioning, and moving returned product back into the supply chain.
• Direct a team of 20–50 supervisors and frontline associates, ensuring disposition accuracy and throughput.
• Own disposition accuracy and throughput metrics and drive improvement initiatives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers whose value is recovered through the operation.
