Quince is seeking an Operations Manager to lead strategic operations within our Returns Warehouse, managing Area Managers and their reports. You will drive reverse logistics efficiency, safety, and accuracy, while mentoring leaders and scaling best practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of operations leadership experience with 2+ years managing salaried leaders in warehouse/logistics.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business/operations.
• Proven track record of achieving KPIs in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Area Managers and teams to ensure strong leadership and execution of return processes.
• Oversee daily Returns Warehouse operations to meet speed, accuracy, and customer resolution targets.
• Promote safety with OSHA compliance and internal protocols across all areas.
• Monitor metrics and conduct reviews to drive productivity and quality.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Safety, Facilities, and Inventory Control to optimize labor and policy.
• Drive continuous improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen to reduce cost and waste.
• Align team execution with site and company growth objectives.
• Coach, recognize, and provide regular feedback to maintain a positive work environment.
