Job summary

Family Entertainment Group is seeking an Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations across a high-volume family entertainment location. The role partners with the General Manager to drive guest experience, team performance, labor planning, inventory control, and facility standards.

The Operations Manager will coach staff, manage safety and cash-handling procedures, and ensure profitable operation through strong operational execution and guest-focused service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership or management experience in high-volume guest-facing environments.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop team members to maintain service standards and performance.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure cleanliness, safety, and guest readiness.
• Manage labor planning, expenses, and inventory in line with financial goals.
• Oversee redemption and merchandise operations and inventory controls.
• Ensure maintenance and safety standards for games, equipment, and facilities.
