Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership or management experience in a high-volume guest-facing environment.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and make effective, timely decisions in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop team members to maintain high standards of service and performance.
• Oversee daily location operations to ensure a clean, safe, and guest-ready environment.
• Monitor labor, inventory, and expenses; drive profitability and operational efficiency.
• Support promotions, events, and initiatives that enhance guest engagement and business performance.
• Oversee merchandise, redemption areas, and inventory controls to reduce shortages and maintain brand standards.
