Job summary

Swig in Princeton, Texas is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, train staff, and ensure Swig’s high standards in both front-of-house and back-of-house. Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring standards in FOH and BOH
• Train, develop, mentor, and communicate with staff
• Act as primary contact for customer service and online reviews
• Drive sales growth and manage labor costs
• Monitor prep, stocking, and staging for efficiency
• Adjust staffing to ensure coverage and control costs
• Assist with weekly reports, inventory, and documentation
• Uphold company policies, maintain safety and cleanliness
• Complete store checklists and manage deposits
• Stock, prep, and rotate food, supplies, and chemicals
• Craft quality drinks and food following Swig procedures
• Communicate clearly with guests and teammates for a seamless experience
• Assist with to-go and delivery orders, ensuring accuracy
• Collaborate with team to meet goals and create welcoming atmosphere
• Offer add-ons and special menu items to enhance customer experience
