• Five or more years experience in operations, manufacturing, logistics, or a related field.
• Three or more years experience in management role in operations, manufacturing, logistics or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn company systems and processes.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily activities of area staff and contractors to meet customer expectations.
• Develop and implement area strategic and operations plans and budgets.
• Monitor costs, budgets, and financial performance of the area.
• Ensure timely customer deliveries and scheduling aligned with customer requirements.
