Job summary

Senergy Petroleum Llc seeks an experienced Operations Manager to ensure profitable and safe operation in the Cedar City area. You will lead area staff and contractors, ensure adequate staffing, and enforce company policies, procedures, and budgets.

You will monitor costs, inventory, scheduling, and delivery performance, while developing strategic plans and building customer relationships to support growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• Five or more years in operations, manufacturing, logistics, or related field.
• Three or more years in a management role in operations, manufacturing, logistics or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with computers and able to learn company systems and processes.
• Able to effectively multitask with a strong attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and demonstrate business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily activities of the area's staff and active contractors.
• Develop, review, and implement area strategic and operational plans and budgets.
• Monitor and manage area costs and budgets; review and report on financial performance.
• Ensure customer deliveries are scheduled and meet customer requirements.
• Manage inventory levels and equipment maintenance, repair, replacement, and disposal.
• Collaborate with management to support Senergy Petroleum Llc's growth and profitability goals.

Job SummaryResponsible for the overall profitability and safe operation of the area.
