Job summary

NGL Energy Partners LP is seeking an Operations Manager to guide safe and profitable Water Solutions operations across a defined region. You will supervise Facility Managers and collaborate with Maintenance, Engineering, HR, and Finance to optimize efficiency and meet budget targets.

You will work to maximize oil recovery, lead upgrades and maintenance projects, and present key reports to an executive audience. Strong leadership and risk management are essential.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of oil and gas industry and oilfield operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to use company systems.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Facility Managers; develop a regional operations strategy.
• Oversee daily workflow and ensure safe operations.
• Establish budgets and monitor operational expenditures.
• Coordinate with HR to hire/train staff.
• Deliver reports to executive leadership.
