Qualifications

• Proven operations leadership experience in a service-based or logistics-driven environment.
• Strong customer-facing skills with a track record of building trust and expanding business.
• Clear, confident communication and a bias for action.
• Ability to make smart decisions without unnecessary hierarchy.
• Strategic thinking paired with tactical execution.
• Class A CDL preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations with full accountability for performance, reliability, and continuous improvement.
• Build strong customer relationships through responsiveness, transparency, and on-site engagement.
• Identify customer needs and turn them into solutions, service improvements, and new business opportunities.
• Coordinate across teams to ensure seamless execution and consistent service delivery.
• Track KPIs, spot trends, and drive initiatives that improve efficiency and profitability.
• Represent the company professionally in meetings, reviews, and growth discussions.
• Leverage CDL experience (if applicable) to strengthen logistics insight and operational credibility.
