Job summary

Warehouse on Wheels is seeking an Operations Manager (Project Management) to own outcomes, strengthen customer relationships, and drive growth in a fast‑paced logistics service. You’ll blend hands‑on operations with proactive business development and empower teams to excel.

Lead day‑to‑day performance, build trust with customers, identify opportunities, coordinate across functions, and track KPIs to improve efficiency and profitability. CDL experience is a major plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in operations within service or logistics.
• Strong customer-facing experience and relationship building.
• Clear communication and decisive decision-making.
• CDL preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations with accountability for performance and continuous improvement.
• Build strong customer relationships through responsiveness and on-site engagement.
• Identify customer needs and translate them into service improvements and opportunities.
• Coordinate across teams to ensure seamless execution and consistent service delivery.
• Track KPIs, spot trends, and drive initiatives to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Represent the company professionally in meetings and growth discussions.
