Job summary

Chick-fil-A Atlantic Avenue Delray Beach is seeking a strong hands-on Director of Operations to lead day-to-day restaurant activities, ensuring sales and quality targets are met while maintaining safety standards and guest satisfaction.

You will supervise Store Leaders, drive performance, training, and growth, and collaborate with the executive team to realize the store’s vision and values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Available to work 40+ hours including Fridays and Saturdays, with flexible hours.
• Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role in hospitality or restaurant industry.
• Experience training, coaching and mentoring team members.
• Ability to lift 25+ lbs. and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Assists in managing Team Members and Leaders to optimize performance and ensure operational efficiency.
• Maintains restaurant cleanliness across all areas including drive-thru and dining room.
• Oversees labor and food costs to maintain budget efficiency.
• Develops talent pipeline and mentors team members for growth.
• Ensures top-tier Guest Experience and alignment with brand standards.
