The role requires strong leadership, healthcare operations experience, and a track record of driving efficient systems while maintaining high-quality client care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• 5+ years in Behavioral Health preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting and finance.
• Familiarity with EMR/EHR and proper documentation.
• Proven leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership aligning with mission and values.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on growth strategies and processes.
• Lead a high-performance clinical team.
• Ensure compliance with accrediting and licensing bodies.
• Oversee finances, including budgets and expenses.
• Oversee safety and conduct facility tours as needed.
• Maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
• Support crisis intervention with the clinical team.
