Qualifications

• Experience as Medical Practice Administrator or similar leadership role.
• Experience with eClinicalWorks EMR
• Working knowledge of QuickBooks/payroll
• Experience with invoice management and bill payment
• Strong financial and administrative management skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Strong leadership and staff management skills
• Ability to manage operations across multiple locations
• Ability to work independently and make sound operational decisions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily administrative and operational functions across both practice locations
• Ensure all required daily operational activities are completed accurately and on time
• Manage practice workflows, staff, scheduling, and operational efficiency
• Oversee invoice management and bill payments
• Manage payroll functions using QuickBooks
• Maintain accurate financial and administrative records
• Work within eClinicalWorks EMR for practice operations and documentation
• Monitor practice performance and identify opportunities for operational improvement
• Ensure compliance with practice policies, procedures, and applicable regulations
• Coordinate with physicians, clinical staff, administrative teams, vendors, and external partners
• Support staffing, employee management, training, and performance oversight
• Monitor supplies, equipment, and general facility operations
• Help ensure consistent standards and workflows across both locations
• Support Office-Based Surgery (OBS) operations when applicable
• Maintain strong communication with leadership regarding practice performance and operational needs
• Be available outside regular business hours when operational needs require
