Job summary

Florida Medical Clinic Orlando Health is seeking a Supervisor, Medical Practice to oversee daily operations at multiple locations. The role requires supervising staff, managing scheduling, and producing reports for physician groups.

The position supports policy adherence, EMR usage, and effective access to care, with a Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule and travel to three Florida sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three (3) years’ experience in a physician office setting.
• Strong supervisory and leadership abilities.
• Familiarity with practice management systems and EMR

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations of the physician group practice.
• Manages patient scheduling and access to the practice.
• Provides management reports to physicians and administration.
• Supervises staff including hiring, coaching, and disciplinary actions.
• Ensures compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
