Responsibilities

• Keep the gym clean, safely staffed and ready to open and close, with accurate cash handling, schedules and timekeeping.
• Hire and train replacement staff within approved limits. Lead huddles, coaching and routine reviews, and make termination decisions when needed, following HR documentation.
