Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor's degree from a university preferred.
• OSHA-30 certification is required.
• Five years of operations experience in engineering, installation, and service of building tech systems with five years of management experience.
• Eight years of operations experience in HVAC, BAS, Security or Building Services with five years of management preferred.
• Knowledge of construction and service business theory and basic financial acumen.
• Ability to manage people and coordinate growth efforts.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff across software development, engineering, project management, installation, and services.
• Forecast equipment, manpower and budget requirements for construction.
• Monitor costs and labor to forecast cost to complete per policy.
• Improve department performance, reduce errors and lead times.
• Develop and foster relationships with customer management staff.
• Enforce department policies on training, planning, scheduling, and workmanship quality.
• Oversee innovations in equipment, processes and safety procedures.
• Manage facilities, inventory, and related resources.
• Support sales marketing efforts and strategic plans.
• Conduct employee evaluations and ensure retention.
