DH Pace Company, Inc. in Tucson, AZ is seeking an Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment and optimize labor and material costs.

You will manage scheduling, dispatch, project management, and customer service to ensure on-budget, on-time project delivery. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of managerial experience, with strong communication and technical aptitude.

Qualifications

• Must have a passion to drive revenue and customer service levels with a high sense of urgency.
• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years managerial experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• Must have excellent communication skills – responsible for communicating with internal and external customers to ensure satisfaction levels.
• Possess an ability for technical applications and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations in a fast paced environment.
• Effectively control labor and material costs and ensure service levels meet customer expectations.
• Ensure that projects are completed timely, below budget, and to the satisfaction of the customer.
• Review monthly financial/operational reports and work with front-line managers to develop action plans to improve.
• Assist with employee/job scheduling and assist with technical and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Improve individual performance of the field force you manage through regular coaching of managers and yearly performance reviews.
• Assist with hiring, training, and developing employees.
• Effectively communicate with customers, ensuring the highest quality service has been provided.
• Effectively develop and lead monthly safety meetings, department meetings and P&L reviews.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
