Job summary

DH Pace Company, Inc. in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Department Administration Manager to lead the department and oversee activities such as billing, sales, and order entries, driving quality and efficiency.

This role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least two years of related experience; equivalent combinations will be considered. Standard hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm with additional hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; minimum two years of related experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office; strong time management and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to monitor performance quality and develop employees.
• Oversee daily department activities—billing, sales, and order entries.
• Conduct employee performance reviews and provide counseling with improvement plans.
• Schedule staff across shifts with other managers to meet business needs.
• Assign duties and establish scope of authority for staff.
• Provide technical advice and troubleshooting when needed.
• Foster a cooperative climate to maximize morale and productivity.
• Offer coaching and balanced feedback to associates in a timely manner.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
