Responsibilities

• Turn vision into execution with clear objectives, owners, timelines and KPIs.
• Build and own the company operating rhythm and decision tracking.
• Lead the leadership team to function as one company, not departments.
• Own operational performance spanning ecommerce, retail, distribution and partnerships.
• Create financial discipline with budgets, forecasts and ROI analysis.
• Simplify processes, reduce unnecessary complexity and headcount waste.
• Embed AI into decision making, reporting, and workflows.
