Abode Money is seeking a Head of Operations to partner with the CEO, owning the operational vision and driving ruthless prioritization across product, systems, and execution rhythms that define how the company runs. You will build and lead the ops team, hire and develop managers, and create a cadence where people own outcomes.

The role covers market launches, contractor networks, and end-to-end operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in operations, consulting, banking, product, or early-stage startups.
• Operational leadership at a seed or Series A company.
• 5+ years managing people with a track record of hiring and developing a team.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the ops team, hire and develop managers, create a high-performance bench.
• Lead 0-to-1 market launches, taking new states/counties to live operations.
• Own operations end-to-end: appeals, launches, contractor network, quality, throughput.
• Design systems to automate manual work with engineering, turning pain into product requirements.
• Own unit economics: model costs, analyze, and guide where to spend and automate.
