Qualifications
- 3+ years of sales and operational experience.
- Strong leadership and motivation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Responsibilities
- Support Branch Manager in achieving financial objectives.
- Ensure policy compliance across the branch.
- Oversee sales efforts and business initiatives.
- Manage performance of direct staff.
- Motivate, coach and train personnel.
- Promote safety and discipline through leadership and accountability.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
