United Rentals is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the delivery of quality service, maximize branch productivity, and ensure safety and policy compliance. You will collaborate with the Branch Manager to align operations with financial goals and customer expectations.

Qualifications

3+ years of sales and operational experience.
Strong leadership and motivational skills.
Basic knowledge of the construction rental equipment industry.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Support Branch Manager in achieving financial objectives.
Ensure compliance with company policies.
Oversee sales efforts and business initiatives.
Manage performance of Inside Sales Reps, Drivers, and staff.
Motivate, coach and train personnel.
Promote safety culture through leadership and accountability.
Perform other duties as needed.
