Job summary

Radwell International in Norcross, GA is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee production, warehouse, receiving, inventory, surplus, and repair operations. You will balance strategic planning with hands-on leadership to meet safety, quality, and delivery goals.

The role focuses on building high-performing teams, driving continuous improvement, analyzing KPIs, and collaborating with Sales, Customer Service, Engineering, and other departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, STEM, Operations Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in operations, production, quality, warehouse, or supply chain management.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in manufacturing, distribution, repair, or service.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Operations Specialists, Technicians, and Support Staff.
• Build leadership capability through training, performance management, and succession planning.
• Manage daily production, warehouse, inventory, and operational activities to ensure on-time delivery and high-quality output.
• Drive process improvements that increase efficiency, reduce downtime, and improve customer satisfaction.
• Promote and enforce safety, quality, and operational standards in compliance with company policies.
• Analyze operational data and KPIs to identify trends, improve performance, and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Production, Engineering, and other departments to optimize workflows.
• Manage budgets, monitor costs, and support financial performance objectives.
• Oversee inventory, material flow, and resource utilization across the facility.
• Lead operational projects including new equipment implementation and workflow optimization.
