Radwell International LLC is seeking a Production Operations Supervisor to lead a team focused on supporting production workflow, job coordination, and operational efficiency across repair and production processes. You will liaise with Sales, Production, Inventory, Purchasing, and Logistics to meet customer requirements while driving quality, productivity, and timely delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop a team supporting pre-sales and production ops.
• Coordinate daily workflow to meet customer requirements and deadlines.
• Partner with Sales, Production, Purchasing, Inventory, Logistics, and Tech teams.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee testing coordination, documentation, and production support.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and work instructions.
• Escalate complex operational issues and monitor metrics.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and company policies.
• Support continuous improvement for quality and productivity.
