Job summary

Responsibilities

• Ensure production runs on schedule and meets quality standards.
• Lead safety and quality-conscious work habits across value streams.
• Facilitate achievement of daily production goals and KPIs.
• Deploy policies across value streams and ensure timely safety actions/investigations.
• Participate in Lean activities (Kaizen, SMED, GEMBA walks).
