Radwell International is seeking a hands-on Site Repair Supervisor to lead daily production, repair, warehouse, inventory, and operations at our Georgia facility. This role emphasizes productivity, quality, team development, and adherence to safety standards.

The ideal candidate will develop people, solve operational challenges, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement while coordinating with site leadership to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in production, repair, warehouse, or manufacturing settings.
• Ability to motivate, coach, and develop employees.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Experience driving process improvements and operational efficiencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead technicians, specialists, and staff across production and warehouse operations.
• Coordinate staffing, workload priorities, and workflow for efficient facility movement.
• Monitor performance metrics, quality standards, and productivity goals.
• Coach and develop employees through feedback, training, and performance management.
• Support onboarding, cross-training, and employee development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety requirements, and company policies.
• Promote a safety-first culture and address safety concerns proactively.
• Identify bottlenecks and operational challenges and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Operations, Inventory, Warehouse, Sales, and other departments to meet customer expectations.
• Maintain accurate operational records and system documentation.
• Serve as leadership resource in absence of Operations Manager.
