Job summary

Radwell International LLC in Greensboro, NC seeks an experienced Site Repair Supervisor to lead daily production, repair, warehouse, inventory, and operational activities at our Georgia facility. This role drives productivity, quality, and continuous improvement while ensuring customer expectations are met.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in production, operations, repair, or related environments.
• Strong ability to motivate, coach, and develop employees.
• Results-driven with attention to detail and safety.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience using data to monitor productivity and quality metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and provide daily direction to Technicians, Specialists, and Support Staff across production and warehouse operations
• Coordinate staffing, workload priorities, and operational workflow to ensure efficient movement of work through the facility
• Monitor team performance, operational metrics, quality standards, and productivity goals
• Coach, mentor, and develop employees through ongoing feedback, training, and performance management
• Support onboarding, cross-training, and employee development initiatives
• Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures, work instructions, safety requirements, and company policies
• Promote a safety-first culture and proactively address workplace safety concerns
• Monitor production quality and identify opportunities to improve operational performance
• Support inventory accuracy, parts management, and material flow throughout the facility
• Identify bottlenecks, aging work orders, and operational challenges while implementing corrective actions
• Communicate staffing, equipment, operational, and workflow concerns to site leadership
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancement projects
• Collaborate with Operations, Inventory, Warehouse, Sales, and other departments to maintain customer service expectations
• Assist with customer escalations and operational issue resolution
• Maintain accurate operational records and system documentation
• Support special projects, business initiatives, and operational priorities as assigned
• Serve as a leadership resource in the absence of the Operations Manager when required
