Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory or management experience, with team development success.
• Experience in project management, program operations, or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and manage assigned team members with coaching and performance support.
• Develop and maintain project plans and operational documentation for timely delivery.
• Lead regular team meetings to align goals, address challenges and celebrate wins.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, and financial planning with senior leadership for sustainability.
• Generate weekly and monthly reports on operations metrics and progress.
• Coordinate resource allocation and scheduling to optimize efficiency across projects.
• Establish and maintain quality standards across processes and deliverables.
• Build relationships with partners, stakeholders, and customers via professional communication.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on program development, contracts, HR initiatives, and growth strategies.
• Identify process improvements and implement innovative efficiency solutions.
• Support onboarding and staffing processes for new team members and customers.
• Handle multiple priorities with attention to detail and deadline discipline.
