Sandpiper Hospitality (SH) in Colton, CA is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in day-to-day hotel operations and drive profitability. You will lead a front desk team, manage payroll, monitor budgetary controls, and execute guest-centric initiatives to maximize occupancy and guest satisfaction, while upholding Sandpiper and brand standards.

• Must have a proven track record of driving operational efficiency and profitability.

Responsabilidades

• Operational Oversight & Manager on Duty: Handle front desk shifts and share Manager on Duty responsibilities with the GM.
• Team Leadership & Development: Direct, coach, and evaluate staff; oversee payroll decisions and performance appraisals.
• Financial & Sales Support: Monitor cash management, budgetary controls, and manage property revenue; conduct sales calls to increase occupancy.
• Quality & Guest Experience: Ensure clean rooms and guest satisfaction; monitor guest feedback and respond promptly.
• Property & Asset Protection: Protect company assets and guest information; provide back-up support as needed.
